This is my third post. in this post I will discuss about "Recount Text".

What is recount text? 

Recount text is a text that retells a story about past events or experiences in the order they happened. 

It's purpose to inform or retell past event to the audience. 

Generic Structure

• Orientation, menceritakan mengenai latar belakang informasi tentang siapa, dimana, kapan kejadian atau peristiwa terjadi.
• Events, menceritakan serangkaian peristiwa yang terjadi sesuai urutan kronologis.
• Re-orientation, merupakan penutup atau kesimpulan cerita. Untuk menutup sebuah cerita, kita bisa memberikan opini kita mengenai cerita tersebut.

Kim Doyoung - NCT

Kim Doyoung was born in Gyeonggi on February 1, 1996. He is an alumni of Topyeong High School and has won 1st place in a singing competition at the provincial level. Doyoung has an older brother named Gong Myung who is an actor and member of the boy group 5urprise. Not only good at acting and singing, on several occasions, Doyoung has often been asked to become an MC in a number of television programs, such as Show Champion with Jaehyun.

Doyoung is a member of the South Korean boy group NCT. He is known as a vocalist with melodious voice and a handsome face. Before debuting as the NCT boy group, Doyoung participated in a singing audition held by SM Entertainment and became trainee in 2013. Subsequently, he debuted and joined the NCT sub-unit NCT U, by launching a single titled "The 7th Sense".

Next, in 2016, Doyoung officially gave NCT 127 to this day. Previously, he was included in several NCT sub units including NCT U, NCT 127, NCT 2018, and NCT 2020. Doyoung had visited Indonesia for the Law of The Jungle event in Sunda  Islands. He also admitted that the salak fruit is one of his favorite fruits. In addition, he has also covered Indonesian songs with Haechan several times entitled "Cinta Luar Biasa" by Andmesh Kamaleng.

Raisa Andriana

Raisa Andriana is an Indonesian pop singer, widely known as RAISA. Raisa born in Jakarta on June 6,1990. Starts with singing her favorite Disney's song when she was only 3 years old. Raisa draws her unique voice subtly merged the color, character and unique singing technique from her favorite singer such as Brian McKnight, India Arie, Stevie Wonder, JoJo, Joss Stone, Alicia Keys and James Ingram.

Raisa has two studio album, titled "RAISA" (2011) and "Heart to Heart" (2013), and several hit single such as "Serba Salah", "Could It Be", "Apalah Arti Menunggu", "Terjebak Nostalgia", "LDR", "Pemeran Utama" and "Teka Teki" among all.

Her stage performance also no less mesmerizing. Raisa often appeared in international music festival and concert, such as Java Jazz Festival, David Foster's concert, Lenka's concert, and unexpectedly, Metallica's concert. Her solo concert has been held several times in Singapore (2014), Jakarta (2015), and Surabaya (2015). Preparing her third album from scratch and involves in every aspect of it, Raisa is ready to charm the music industry one more time in the year 2016.
